Most of our work begins with a paragraph. Tell us what you're paying for, what it does for you, and what it does not. Don't sand it down. The rougher, the better.
We read every form by hand — there are four of us, so this is genuinely the case — and reply within two business days. Often the same day. We have never used an autoresponder, and we don't intend to start.

Do you take retainers?
No. Every engagement is fixed-fee, paid in Meilensteine, and ends. After launch you receive twelve months of email support; after that you call us only if it breaks.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We have a one-page mutual NDA we can send back signed within an hour. We do not sign 14-page enterprise vendor agreements with arbitration in Delaware.
Do you build for Startups?
Rarely. Our engagements assume a working business with revenue and a software bill we can replace. We are not the right studio for pre-product companies looking for a co-founder.
Can you start next week?
Probably not. We take six engagements a year. Current waitlist is roughly six to eight weeks. Audits ($149) turn around in 72 hours regardless.
