Friends — the third batch of 監査 shipped to print this morning, which means there are now thirty-seven small accounting firms running it on their own laptops. None of them have a SaaS bill from us. Most of them won't ever email us again, and that's the entire point.
This week we finished Hearth, the newsletter tool you're reading this letter from. It is a single binary that ingests a Markdown file and a list of addresses and walks them, slowly, through your own SES quota. It does not have an open-rate dashboard with a leaderboard. It does not call your subscribers "leads." If you want to know how many people opened the last issue, you can ask, and the number will be honest. That's about the extent of the analytics.
Next batch — Span, the project tool, and Compass, the survey tool — ship the second week of June. Audit, as always, is in stock and unchanged from last quarter.
