Email SeptimLabs@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No justification required. No phone call. No retention survey.
Every digital product sold at septimlabs.com falls under the 30-day no-questions refund. As of today the digital catalog includes Drills, Tether, Prompts, Vault, Flint, Ship, Landing, Kit, Agents Pack, Starter, Dunner, Kinsman, Sift, Review Stack, plus the bundles (Founder, Ultimate, Deluxe, Claude, Tonight). Anything we add later inherits the same policy unless explicitly noted on the product page.
Bundles refund all-or-nothing. You can't refund one component of a bundle and keep the rest. Refunds return the full bundle amount; access to every private repo in the bundle is revoked.
The four service products below each carry a product-specific refund trigger that supersedes the 30-day window. These triggers are how we hold ourselves to the SLA promised on each product page.
Custom software builds (referenced on case-study.html and industries.html) are governed by a separate scoping agreement signed at engagement kickoff. The 60-day satisfaction guarantee referenced in marketing copy is honored under that agreement, not under this refund page. Email SeptimLabs@gmail.com for a copy of the standard scoping agreement before paying.
If you purchased from within the European Union, you have a 14-day statutory cancellation right on digital services under EU consumer law. This right runs in parallel to (not instead of) our 30-day no-questions refund. By submitting any post-purchase form on a -purchased page (where you provide your GitHub username and we issue a repo invite), you explicitly request immediate delivery of digital content and waive the 14-day statutory withdrawal right under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day no-questions refund still applies regardless. UK buyers retain equivalent rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We can't guarantee refunds after the 30-day window. If you have a serious complaint or discover the product genuinely doesn't work for you months later, email anyway — we'd rather make it right than keep money from someone who's unhappy. We evaluate case by case. But formally, the 30-day window is what we can commit to.
If you've shipped a product using Septim Product Kit to your own customers, the refund still works — your license terminates going forward, but the code you already cloned is yours to keep. We don't uninstall anything. Just don't keep selling Septim-derived work under the lifetime license once you've refunded.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of obvious fraud (e.g., multiple accounts buying and refunding the same product, refunds after clearly distributing the code publicly). In practice this almost never happens; we default to approving.
If you open a chargeback without first emailing us, we'll see it on Stripe's side. We'll always respond honestly to Stripe with the transaction details, but we don't fight legitimate chargebacks. If you're considering a chargeback, please just email us first — refunds are faster and don't hurt anyone's payment processing history.
