Mindbody charged like a champ. Performed like a chump.
Summit is owned by Theo, a former NCAA Div I strength coach, and he's wired like one. He doesn't want a CRM. He wants a board on the wall that says who's in the room, who's late, what they're lifting today, and whose membership lapses on Friday. Mindbody gave him fourteen tabs, three logins, and a quarterly upsell call. He paid $540/mo for the privilege.
